This property had a river forming across the front of the yard. VPL installed a 12” commercial drainpipe across the yard to drain into a rain garden. Install stone, dirt and sod to level out the front yard.

Install a Raised Patio in Arnold
This project was slightly challenging as VPL had to extend an existing patio to the property line. An 8’ Segmental Retaining wall had to be installed to extend the at the same grade.
