James Londot
James is our construction specialist who does design, sales and assists withproject management. He likes working with clients creating that one of a kind outdoor experience that is unique to every client’s specific lifestyle and personality. As he always states, “not one of my jobs is ever the same”. One of his most unique designs and accomplishments is making fire come out of water with a waterfall cascading amidst the flames. This concept took 8 years to perfect after finding the right burners and ignition systems. James always enjoys the challenges of creating the unique and overcoming standard construction parameters. With over 25 years in horticulture, landscape construction and residential and commercial building helps give Vista Pro the ability to tackle almost any job; small, big or complex.
James has a wonderful supportive wife who has blessed him with a teenage daughter and son who both enjoy sports and art. He spends a lot of his off time with them on their hobbies and likes. He also enjoys reeling in a large fish offshore or relaxing while gardening on his personal property. His latest interest has brought the adventure of becoming a goat herder.
Courtney Foster
Courtney Foster is the Office Manager and Bookkeeper for Vista Pro Landscape & Design and The Grounds Guys of Annapolis. Courtney brings over 8 years of administrative experience in Office Management, Human Resources, and Accounting. She assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, as well as manages and oversees the administrative staff members. She also maintains accounts payable, receivables and weekly and monthly billing for both companies. Courtney is a lifelong resident Maryland. She currently lives in Chesapeake Beach with her husband, two daughters and their yellow lab Fisher. In her off time, she enjoys spending the warmer months on the Chesapeake Bay with her family and friends. She also looks forward to their annual Outer Banks vacation every July!
Kristina Watt
Kristina has lived in Maryland most of her life. She went to a local Maryland University and studied Psychology. Kristina has been in the Landscape Industry for the last 5 years. She has worked her way from being a Sales Admin to a Lawn Maintenance Account Manager, and Currently is a Landscape Design Sales Rep. Kristina has always had a passion to be creative and make thing look amazing. She has a soft spot to please people, which makes her an excellent Designer. She takes the time to Listen to her Client and hear what would make them happier with their outdoor space.
Kristina Enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. They often go camping or to the beach. When Kristina wants to have time to herself you will find her reading landscape magazines to better her profession, decorating her home, or painting sceneries (usually beaches).
Kristina’s goal in life is to make other people happy with her creative designs and make a lot of money to retire on a beach somewhere.
Nate Fowler
Nate Fowler is our Commercial Business Developer & Account Manager who works with HOA’s, office parks, strip malls, etc. to help provide them with a landscape experience that will beautify there properties and allow the property manager to focus on other non-landscape oriented tasks. He feels that proactive communication about services & the property is key to building a long lasting relationship with eh property manager. Nate has been in the green industry since 2013 & has worked his way up from being a crew member to his current role. Having in-field experience is something he feels is very important to providing his clients excellent customer service.
When Nate is not at work you can find him relaxing at home with his wife Haley, dog Cal, & cat Koba. He enjoys spending time with his family & friends, playing music, & traveling. He has also been a high school wrestling coach at Huntingtown High School in Calvert County for 5 years now. A lot of what wrestling has taught him over his 25+ years involved with the sport, actually help him in his work life now. Being disciplined, diligent, & humble are not only important on the wrestling mat, but also in his day to day work life as a landscaper.

David Drennan
David Drennan is our Production Manager for our Design Build and Landscape Maintenance Divisions. He works directly with our crews, clients, and Account Managers to ensure client expectations are not only met but exceeded. David is detail oriented and result driven and works with our crews to give a personal touch to every project we undergo. David has found a passion for the Green Industry and enjoys starting from a blank slate and helping to create something beautiful that our clients and our company can be proud of. He has worked in the industry for 7 years, starting off as a crewman and has continued to develop his skills and knowledge. He was born and raised in the Annapolis area and enjoys working to continuously enrich the beauty of the DMV area. When David is not working you can find him spending time with his wife Kathryn and his dog Spot. He is looking forward to working with you and helping your dream projects come to fruition no matter how big or small.
Rick Elliott
Rick is a graduate of the University of Maryland, earning Bachelor of Science degrees in Horticulture – Landscape Design and Agronomy – Turfgrass Management. His practical experience spans over 35 years, working locally in the design and construction of numerous commercial and residential landscape projects. Rick is passionate about plants, water features, pool design and anything hardscape and combining those elements to create unique outdoor living environments, personalized to the client’s lifestyle. He enjoys working with clients one on one and takes a hands-on approach in the planning, design and implementation of each unique project.
